The Institute's Membership Card

NEW MEMBERSHIP FEES AND NEW MEMBERSHIP SYSTEM 

Our membership is valid for one calendar year (Jan. through Jan. 31st of the following year).

Membership privileges

IIC members are entitled to:

• access our library facilities and to borrow books and videos, without charge;
• take part in our book clubs and film clubs at no cost;
• attend our special series of lectures on selected topics (Ancient Rome, the Renaissance, Dante, etc.) at no cost;
• apply for bursaries to study Italian in Italy without paying the processing fee;
• be included in our mailing list for invitations to cultural events, such as lectures, concerts, exhibitions, film screenings etc.;
• take advantage of special discounts (reserved to members) on events presented in collaboration with other cultural organizations where an admission cost may be involved;
• receive individual invitations to private receptions and events "for members only".

How to become a member

Becoming a member of the Istituto, or renewing your membership when due, is very easy: all you have to do is to download the application form, fill it in with your data and mail it to us together with a cheque in the appropriate amount issued to Istituto Italiano di Cultura.
These are our current membership fees, valid for one calendar year (expiry on January 31, 2011):

• Individual Membership: $ 35.00
• Students/Seniors (65+): $ 25.00
• Couple: $ 50.00
• Benefactor: $ 120.00
