Certification of Italian as a Second Language
The Certification assess the competency of Italian as a second language. Exans are for all foreign students, Italian citizens residing abroad (descendents of Italian emigrants) and foreign immigrants in Italy.
No particular accademic title is required to take the exam.
The Istituti Italiani di Cultura are authorized for these exams through an agreement that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has entered with the following institutions:
