Below is a list of schools and academies that offer courses targeted to foreign students. Courses can be searched by region and/or city and/or category. The menu options for selecting categories are deliberately wide, e.g. "Italian Language", "Design", "Music" or "Singing"; you will be redirected to the schools' own websites, where all sub-categories are listed.

Looking for courses of Italian? By visiting the websites of the schools listed here, you will be able to distinguish between those entirely devoted to teaching Italian and those offering Italian courses to complement other topics, such as art, fashion or interior design, cooking, etc.

The schools of Italian language and culture recipient of the "Presa d'atto" (Acknowledgment) from MIUR (Italian Ministry of Education, Universities and Research) were issued a positive report following an inspection by Ministry officers, and are therefore in a position to assure a higher degree of reliability in their organization and higher quality standards in their teaching.

When visiting the websites of the various schools, prospective students should check to see if the schools belong to an association that oversees the quality of the services provided and accredits these schools in relation to their patrons.
